Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups walnuts


  • 1 cups cashewnuts


  • 1 cups almonds


  • 1 cups plain oats


  • 1 cups flax seeds.


  • 1/2 tsp ghee


  • 1 cups jaggery

Directions

  • Roast 1 cup walnuts for 2 minutes.
  • Roast almonds and cashewnuts for 2 minutes.
  • Roast 1 cup plain oats.
  • Take all roasted ingredients in a bowl.
  • Roast flax seeds.
  • Take flax seeds in the same bowl.
  • Add ghee in a pan and add jaggery and stir till it melts.
  • Add melted jaggery to grinded nuts.
  • Mix it well when warm.
  • Make ladoos.
  • Protein ladoos are ready.
